JUDICIAL EFFICIENCY

The book deals with the relationship between the training of managers and the efficiency and productivity of the Brazilian State Judiciary. The focus is on the first instance of the State Courts a segment in which more than two thirds of all pending lawsuits in the country are concentrated the objective of which is to demonstrate the factors that make up the training of managers by influencing the efficiency and productivity of the management of the Courts from 2003 to 2013. To achieve this a theoretical-empirical model was defined to explain the relationship between the training of managers and the efficiency and productivity of the management of the Brazilian Courts of Justice measuring the level of efficiency and productivity of the Brazilian Courts of Justice in the period from 2003 to 2013 based on endogenous and exogenous variables to management.
