Judicial monitoring to protect the rights of car owners

This work is devoted to legal organisational and tactical aspects of public control over the activities of traffic police and courts of general jurisdiction and together with them the protection of the rights of the individual car owner. It is intended for representatives of public associations exercising public control over law enforcement activities practicing lawyers researchers in the field of administrative and constitutional law criminology sociologists political scientists specialists in the field of road safety civil and social activists vehicle drivers as well as for all those interested in protecting the rights of car owners.
