<p>The Drug Wars of the 80's and 90's defined who he would be for the rest of his life.</p><p> </p><p>We do things a bit different 'here'... You aren't allowed to carry that around 'here'... This is just how things are done 'here'...</p><p> </p><p>Garrett entered a world that wasn't...HIS...here.</p><p> </p><p>Back from a long hard deployment in one of the most difficult areas in the world Garrett returned to his hometown. Suffering from undiagnosed PTSD he struggled with the constraints of his new life...and then realized the need for HELP...It wasn't his need it was this new world he arrived in that needed it...</p><p>Operating outside the legal bounds of the law he administered the kind of justice that is only found in <em>HIS</em> world.</p><p>Determined not to kill another soul he would make sure that people 'slipping through the cracks' of justice would pay dearly.</p><p>Maiming is his new MO.</p><p>I don't wan't to kill anyone else I want them to spend the rest of their lives suffering; thinking about what they've done.</p>
