Just Another Cheap and Tacky Old Joke Book

When I wrote the first of my joke books I waited nervously indoors with the curtains drawn expecting a knock at the door in the middle of the night. When it didnt happen I relaxed enough to write another one and here it is! My publisher said there must be some mistake. I said no that was the doctors first reaction on seeing me being born not the joke book which was a deliberate act of insanity on my part (readers of a nervous disposition look away now).
