Just To Ponder Not To Preach

<p><em>Blessed is the person who does not follow the advice of wicked people or take the path of sinners or join the company of mockers. He is like a tree planted beside streams a tree that produces fruit in season and whose leaves do not wither. He succeeds in everything he does.</em> Psalm 1-3 (God's Word Translation)</p><p><br></p><p>If the implanted Word of God is received into our hearts and lives it will work itself out in our actions. It is never sufficient to simply hear the Word. We must receive it believe it and be a doer of it. The implanted Word will flourish and produce lasting fruit when it is sown into the fertile soil of true obedience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Through His Word I love to wander.</strong></p><p><strong>I stop. I question and I ponder</strong></p><p><strong>Listening as His Spirit speaks</strong></p><p><strong>While in His Word I inquire and seek.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>I spend some time. I stop and wait</strong></p><p><strong>Even when I'm running late </strong></p><p><strong>Because to know what He will say </strong></p><p><strong>Is the only way to start my day</strong>.</p>
