Juvenile delinquency in Lafiabougou

Juvenile delinquency is a very worrying phenomenon both nationally and internationally. Despite numerous investigations by specialists and the policies of African States with the unfailing support of NGOs and international organizations with the aim of eradicating it it continues to strike at the heart of countries whose neighborhoods are described as risky or precarious. Mali like other countries in the West African sub-region cannot escape this unhealthy behavior on the part of the young people who live there. Indeed the author will focus on the Lafiabougou neighborhood a nest of young delinquents where not a day goes by without a case of illegal behavior or crime making the headlines. To do this he will explore his field of investigation which will allow him to describe the manifestations (causes) of this bad practice of young people within Malian society. Then he will address in this same book the consequences related to this societal dysfunction vis-à-vis its inhabitants.
