Kalo - The Noor of Kulbhata The novel is about the village of Kulbhata in the desert of Rajasthan where a very terrifying witch named Kalo has become a true story.  The novel begins with the sacrifice of virgin girls by a witch named Kalo.  The witch is then killed and imprisoned by the Tantrik but after some time a young man from the village frees the witch again.  The kalo witch then subdues the young man and spreads her terror in the village.  From there the story goes back in time and traces Chandas journey from birth to becoming a kalo witch.  Then again the story comes from where the village youth Ruhan was possessed by the kalo witch.  The kalo witch eventually wanted to marry Ruhan by sacrificing a girl but a village man comes to know about the reality of Kalo and makes Ruhan aware of the reality of the kalo witch.  A move is then played and the kalo witch is imprisoned inside Kulbhatagam forever and ever.
