Kabita Kusuma

“Kabita Kusuma” book comprises of two parts. First part is “Saptaranga” and second part is “Jibana Jamuna”. “Saptaranga” contains 24 poems pertaining to grandeurs of nature i.e beautiful seasonal landscapes green grain fields forests flora and fauna songs of cuckoo seasons rain river twinkling stars in sky silver moon at night clouds and rainbow. As the nature is very close to the author’s heart he is able to depict it vividly beautifully and successfully in each and every poem of “Saptarangga”. The messages sent through Saptarang are:-1) Enjoy nature and learn from it. 2) It has healing effects on body mind and soul. “Jeebana Jamuna” contains 18 poems. It is all about writer’s insight feelings out of age-old experience towards present day unrest and violent society. In this part his poems throw light on the behaviour of turbulent society. The messages given are :- 1) Man shouldn’t be mad and restless running after money. Be contented with honest earnings the God bestowed for us. Be kind and benevolent to needy people in any form in your short span of life in this mortal world. People will remember you forever; you will be immortal.
