<p>The forty-nine Bardo Letters of the alchemist Kace Beryllium written after the mysterious disappearance of his husband the painter Miguel Kahlo.</p><p></p><p>After his soulmate vanishes during a lakeside walk at midnight Kace is in desperate need of support. What's more he's loaded with questions-about love and loss death and the afterlife grief memory identity sex jealousy and of course the future.</p><p></p><p>Kace seeks help with his Bardo Project by writing letters to his many friends who include Edgar Allan Poe the Goddess Kali William S. Burroughs Oscar Wilde David Foster Wallace Frida Kahlo a Superhero and even his beloved beagle.</p>
