It's a four parts deal with different aspects of Somali life (justice system clannish administrative system politics and confusion). Part One discusses the socio-political and economic life of Somalia during the era of the civilian governments. Part Two deals with the Revolutionary period. Finally Part Three (A) sheds light on the civil wars; and (B) is about a case study of a faction conference. </p><p>Saeed Osman Kenadid's book who is the author of Somalia: What is out of Equilibrium is a map of contemporary Somali issues which is drawn in satirical forms. The central themes of What is out of Equilibrium are forms of Kaftandhable (satirical comedies) which are the censurship of the wickedness and follies of the Somalia society; the treatment of vices. It censures ridicules and whips the follies and vices of society. </p><p></p>
