In the midst of all this young teenage girls are often the victims of such despicable acts and are even sold to other parts of the world especially to the Middle East for prostitution. The residents of Karachi have become desensitized to daily violence and have become immune to these daily occurrences in their once beloved city. This is the shocking true story of Mariam Yousuf a 13 year old teenager who had been living a happy and content life with her parents when it took an ugly turn.
