Keeping Jesus Weird

<p>'Keep Portland Weird' is a slogan you will find on t-shirts bumper stickers and on buildings in Portland Oregon. It is a call to non-conformity to be unique different even strange. By those standards Portland is definitely weird and that is not a bad thing to be.</p><p>Jesus is Weird. He always has been and always will be. </p><p>There are a multitude of religions and philosophies throughout the world. It does not need another feel-good ideology that fails when times get tough and your 'feelings' are not so good. It does not need a shiny cross or a stained-glass window to gaze upon like a remembrance of things that once were. It does not need another denomination or non-denomination.</p><p>The world does need Jesus. It needs the unique radically different non-conforming Jesus. Don't make Jesus into just another religion instead</p><p> </p><p>Keep Jesus Weird!</p><p> </p>
