Keys to Pastoral Ministry and Recovery

<p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(33 37 41 1)>In this issue we will discuss the need for ministry among pastors and leaders. Jesus was referred to as the Wounded Healer. In spite of rejection and sorrow He ministered to the needs of others. Today we find leaders throughout the Body of Christ who are wounded healers. They minister to others without receiving ministry themselves. This has caused many leaders to suffer burn-outs sicknesses and even early deaths. In this issue we want to briefly examine the influences surrounding this problem in leadership.</span></p>
