Khair! Jaane Do

The only thing I want to say about poetry is that poetry resides within us. Our senses and our conscience resides inside. I feel that poetry acts as a bridge in me connecting my mind and my soul. Poetry gives us the vision with which we can see what the ordinary eye cannot see. Some events some memories and some things get imprinted in our mind. Which we can never forget even after forgetting. The same things automatically become a part of poems. I never write thoughtfully only then I write. When something makes me restless. Poetry is the way from restlessness to ease. I believe that poetry leads a confused mind to simplicity.
