After a near death experience Kinney refuses to kill anyone for the shadowy government agency he and his partner Reed work for. This makes his boss cranky. It's also quite inconvenient as the duo go undercover to unravel a nasty conspiracy fraught with willing assassins corrupt politicians and a stinging betrayal.
