Kissing Number

The mob is on his tail but Johann has no idea. They want something from him but when Johann disappears it's for different reasons altogether. None of his friends know why he's gone; they only know he's gone and he cannot or will not be found. His absence affects his two best friends Javier and Zach the most. The two young men get involved in the manhunt but they aren't trained professionals. They don't know how to find Johann but the authorities are just as clueless. Meanwhile the friends have problems of their own. Javier is obsessed with the work of his uncle and that obsession thwarts his own creative process. Zach a successful portfolio manager can't admit he suffers from work-related stress but someone may soon make him confess. The mystery surrounding the disappearance of Johann continues to haunt his two best friends. Only time will tell whether the reasons for his absence will solve the mystery or simply create more questions.
