Kiya and Her Children

<p>This is the second book in the six-book series <em>The Beginning of Civilization: Mythologies Told True</em> which imagines mankind's protohistory deconstructed from mythologies and traditions. <em>Kiya and Her Children</em> is based on the Greek myths of Titans and Olympians.</p><p><br></p><p>Chief Vanam banishes his mate Kiya and their children from his tribe of hunter-gatherers to become outcasts who cannot be looked upon-'Titans.' They are expected to die lonely miserable deaths. </p><p>Kiya however has other plans. The Titans with love and humanity overcome all obstacles and create a prospering industrial society and spread their flourishing civilization throughout the world with joy and brotherhood. </p><p><br></p><p>This is the story of the price they pay.</p><p><br></p><p>For 200000 years hunters hunted gatherers gathered they sometimes mated. Then something happened. They became civilized. This is that story in six books deconstructed from Biblical Greek Egyptian myth and traditions. To understand why we are the way we are we must understand how we began. This is my offering. </p><p><br></p><p>Let those wiser tell it truer.</p><p><br></p>
