<p>She's the younger sister always in the shadow of her older sister on an alien planet where her best friends are not even human.</p><p>They're always 'the girls' the two only unattached 'maidens' on the planet. Yuri Gregovich Klandor's would-be chief engineer is at first insulted by the youth of the pilot sent to get him but somehow her name keeps coming up as the solution to every problem he meets and an unlikely partnership is formed.</p><p> </p>
