Klimaschutz und Instrumente zur Umsetzung klimapolitischer Ziele in der EU

Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2012 im Fachbereich Politik - Thema: Internationale Organisationen Note: 13 Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (Geschwister-Scholl-Institut) Sprache: Deutsch Abstract: The climate change as a new challenge for the international community in general as well as for the European Union claims for new methods of resolution. Therefore the European Union developed a marked based emission trading system in 2002. The system's frame de jure and politically is in the focus of the first chapter. Furthermore the trading system's development in Europe and in collaboration with the Kyoto protocol will be described. Thereupon the system's advantages and disadvantages are discussed and alternative systems are highlighted. At the very end there is space for several problems facing the future as well as for a short resumption.
