Knitting Food: Food and Eco-textiles

<p>This book focuses on the emerging field of food waste-based eco-textiles. Eco-textiles eco-leathers and bio-skins are now an important category of biomaterials with immediate applications in sustainable industrial production and the circular economy. In this sense the book brings together new collaborative and interdisciplinary projects and artistic crossovers specialised in eco-textile research (re)design and functional use of organic and food waste in a vision that starts from the product dimension and reaches the urban scale.</p>
