Maybe it's<br />about un-becoming everything that isn't really you so you can be who<br />you were meant to be in the first place. ~ Paul Coelho.</p><p>At 49 years old I had finally put myself first and asked my boyfriend of ten years<br />to leave. That was my first step to un-becoming what I had become - a control<br />freak a doormat a savior and an alcohol abuser. It would take another nine years<br />of self-examination and unraveling the beliefs I had about myself the behaviors<br />that were literally killing me and the generational patterns that I insisted on<br />repeating to find me.</p><p>Know Grow & Flow is about how I recognized these detrimental patterns and<br />beliefs (KNOW) and did the inner work to understand why and start to change<br />(GROW). Then stepping into being me and moving through my life the way I<br />wanted to (FLOW). It's about how I learned to let go and shine a light into the<br />shadows to reveal my authentic self. And how you can do the same.<br />Infused with personal stories from my early life through the present I take you<br />on my journey of un-becoming and provide the three not-so easy steps for you to<br />follow on yours. It ain't easy! But I hope my story will give you hope and you too<br />can step into a more peaceful less stressful more authentic life.</p>
