About the Author: Hemesh Chhabra born in 1962 in a Jain Family in Jaipur. He did his schooling in the famous Mahavir School of Jaipur and graduation from commerce college. His rsum includes short courses on Journalism Law Film Script-writing and Film Direction. He joined Mumbai Customs as Preventive Officer in 1986. Perfection Self-improvement have always been his IKIGAI. During serving in Mumbai Customs he also did his PGDHR for which he wrote Jainism and Human Rights as Master Thesis. He is a strong proponent of Human Rights which reflected in his service career. He published his memoir My Encounter with Mini India in Mumbai Customs about his insight of Mumbai customs and its mini- India characteristic. Long serving in Mumbai Customs doing public dealings and having an ingrained aptitude of learning of human behavior helped him to enhance his understanding of human- Virtues Traits and Persona. His experience and understanding of human behavior and psychology are beautifully depicted in his Books. He retired in 2022 as Assistant Commissioner and now lives in Mumbai.
