Soldiers Phoenix Welles and Kia Rios are manipulated into the program under the belief the Colonel is helping their relatives for whatever reasons</p><p> </p><p>M. Middle a mysterious hacker catches wind and often tries to communicate with North Korea's own superhero team known as the Juche Commune who are determined to stop the Colonel's dastardly plans.</p>
