<p>On a sunny cool and beautiful fall morning between being asleep and awake Michel heard a voice telling her about a very special little girl asking if she would take her. Knowing right away what special meant Michel said Yes! I'll give to her the best that I have. That was her introduction to Kristie who was born years later.</p><p> </p><p>In 1983 Kristie Miller came into the world and forever changed her parents' lives. In this heartfelt remembrance Michel Miller remembers the amazing impact her first daughter Kristie had on everyone she met. Reminiscing about Kristie's short but impactful ten years on Earth Michel recalls family barbecues trips to the beach amazing dentists and doctors and car rides to see Christmas lights. While she never uttered a word Kristie etched a deep place in their hearts. Kristie's life reminds us that children no matter their physical capabilities deserve a loving home and a chance to have fun as a kid.</p>
