L- C-negatrons in Electronic Circuits

The technical parameters of electronic systems are largely determined by devices that are part of their composition. The effectiveness of these devices depends on the used element base. For the further improvement of electronic devices it is necessary to develop a theory of construction and to find qualitatively new principles for the implementation of elements that are characterized by low energy consumption high sensitivity accuracy high speed and reliability relatively small volume of elements wide working range. In many cases the negatrons - electronic devices which on some operation modes have a negative value of the main differential parameter (negative resistance inductance capacitance) correspond to these requirements. In this monograph the theory of L- C-negatrons and their possible applications are considered.
