This study explores the impact of labor management practices on the quality of construction projects in the Gaza Strip. Focusing on contracting companies the research analyzes how workforce planning supervision and contractor strategies influence project outcomes. Based on field data collected from engineers managers and site supervisors the study identifies key challenges facing labor management in a conflict-affected and resource-constrained environment. The findings highlight a strong correlation between organized labor practices and enhanced construction quality offering valuable recommendations for improving project delivery. This work contributes to the growing body of knowledge in construction management within developing regions.
