Labor motivation and labor values in Russian society

The analysis of motivational aspects of professional labor activity is one of the actual directions of modern sociological research. In work the methodological bases of the system analysis of factors of labor motivation are considered transformation of labor values in modern Russia is shown on the basis of sociological research ways of motivation of hired workers are offered. The conclusion is made that without the decision of problems of the property and the maintenance of work it is impossible to create steady conscious motivation of labor activity finally directed on the actual coordination of interests of the person the organization and society. The work is intended for students postgraduates teachers sociologists and practitioners of the management sphere.
