Language as a way to co-responsibility

The ethics of discussion is part of the context in which human societies in the first half of the 20th century experienced a number of crises of several kinds. Each of the dimensions of human existence has been degraded and at the risk of the values of co-responsible humanity. Thus many of the post-metaphysical theories among which theories of consciousness have swarmed; among others moral solipsism strategic rationality value nihilism indifferentism the Ethics of responsibility or the heuristic of fear the Ethics of discussion etc. Karl-Otto Apel aims at the responsibility of the for the future through the voice of language by means of a new heuristic that of the “question”. As for this work it demonstrates in any case that the idea of the ultimate foundation remains questionable.
