He's owner of Alison Interneuro a towering giant of technology for the town and pivotal draw for everyone's activity - including two private agents Floyd and Boyd who are only here to help.Lastly and strangely the sinister Tankly Leethers who has constructed his own towering enterprise in the badlots.
