I have never run my own business before and nor do I have any experience of working in hospitality.</p><p><br></p><p>How hard can it be to run a coffee shop? Pulling espresso shots is easy it's the chatty customers shady suppliers needy staff and a tough-talking accountant that makes this an experience worth writing about. This is the story of my business journey from start-up to exit. This book covers the stresses of small business ownership and recounts the thrills and spills of day-to-day life in a busy coffee shop. </p>
