The Republic of Yemen Production Sharing Agreements

Despite the achievements outstanding improvements and substantial developments for the Republic of Yemen (ROY) to create a state-of-the-art Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) that meets best international petroleum industry practices and developments there are still weaknesses and disadvantages that could be improved and adopted by the Government. The aim of this book will be to evaluate/analyse the ROY latest model PSA to identify the crucial legal and contractual weakness and disadvantages with the main intention to formulate suggestions and recommendations for its improvements.
