Laws of Land Warfare

The author discusses assumptions the forces hostilities spying and war treason prisoners of war the sick/wounded/dead martial law military government military occupation neutrality and penalties for violations of the laws of land warfare. Annexes A-F include directives the Hague and Geneva Conventions prohibitions and restrictions of acts or instruments of land warfare capitulations and armistices and the trend toward modification of the laws of land warfare.</p><p>This work has been selected by scholars as being culturally important and is part of the knowledge base of civilization as we know it.
