Lazybones

<p><strong><em>Lazybones</em> </strong>is a collection of poetry and prose</p><p>about life and faith and what it means to be</p><p>born again.</p><p></p><p>Out of a season of deep ache and perpetual sin</p><p>to a season of what I thought was blatant laziness</p><p>I began to write; there came change</p><p>productivity and growth but most importantly</p><p>I learned to trust love and live for Christ.</p><p>And I began to understand that time spent</p><p>seeking Him is never wasted time</p><p>regardless of how this foolish world</p><p>chooses to see it; I'm now learning</p><p>to see everything through the eyes of faith.</p><p></p><p><span style=color: rgba(102 163 224 1)>And surely</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(102 163 224 1)>Joy came at dawn</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(102 163 224 1)>When the sea creatures</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(102 163 224 1)>Began to spawn-</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(102 163 224 1)>New life bloomed in every corner</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(102 163 224 1)>And I became a tranquil river</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(102 163 224 1)>That trickles into the vast ocean.</span></p><p><em>poem: Iceberg</em></p><p></p>
