Le Soubresaut du Tchad à la 4ème République

<p>Le 04 mai 2018 a sonné la clochette du soubresaut du Tchad à la 4ème République. Cette transmutation a eu pour corolaire l'adoption d'une nouvelle Constitution ayant instauré en son article 105 le serment confessionnel élargi à d'autres personnalités par l'Ordonnance n°013. L'instauration du serment confessionnel a non seulement suscité de vives controverses sur le plan politique religieux et scientifique mais elle a aussi ravivé les critiques sur le système politique actuel. L'auteur manifestant la minutie d'un observateur subtil de la scène socio-politique tchadienne présente tout d'abord le contexte orageux dans lequel la 4eme République est née et poursuit son petit bonhomme de chemin. Ce contexte étant caractérisé par des grèves récurrentes une accentuation des injustices sociales et des conflits intercommunautaires une recrudescence de l'insécurité un accroissement du taux de chômage une restriction des libertés publiques et individuelles etc. Ensuite comme un fin théologien il analyse le serment confessionnel d'un point de vue religieux notamment à la lumière des deux Livres Saints que sont la Bible et le Coran mais aussi sous l'angle de la laïcité.</p><p></p><p>May 4 2018 marked the beginning of Chad's transition to the 4th Republic. This transformation resulted in the adoption of a new Constitution that established in Article 105 the confessional oath extended to other personalities by Ordinance No. 013. The establishment of the confessional oath not only sparked heated political religious and scientific controversy but also revived criticism of the current political system. The author demonstrating the thoroughness of a subtle observer of the Chadian socio-political scene first presents the stormy context in which the 4th Republic was born and continues its merry way. This context is characterized by recurring strikes an increase in social injustices and intercommunity conflicts a resurgence of insecurity an increase in the unemployment rate a restriction of public and individual freedoms etc. Then like a fine theologian he analyses the confessional oath from a religious point of view notably in the light of the two Holy Books that are the Bible and the Koran but also from the angle of secularism.</p>
