This book talks about two faced leadership traits in many Leaders. Given an opportunity leaders can talk at length about leadership qualities & traits. When it comes for them to act likewise then they come up with their own convenient action points. The book is trying to highlight the Pseudo behavior of many leaders who keep talking all good things about leadership traits but they cannot be pupil of their own sermon. They talk and talk but rarely walk the talk. This Pseudo behavior is talked about in various corners by many people who cannot pin point at them for improvement while people who can are unaware of the ground realities. This is how the Organizations are running. There ought to be some mechanism by which these controls can be brought in place for smooth running of the Organization. Leaders should also know that they cannot go scot free. Chanakya talked about “Swami” in his book which means a leader takes care of everyone from the lowest to the topmost cadre of employees and the treatment given to each one of them shall be more or less alike. In this book Ramendra has highlighted the practical experience of his professional life spanning more than a decade. He stands subject to correction also while doesn’t mean that he is flawless and has an authority to pinpoint others errors. But he felt that there should be some method in the madness to keep checks and balances of people working in the Organization.
