<p>This book will not give you definitive answers on how to be an effective leader but it will get you thinking about the leader you want to be. In it you will find practical ideas real-life situations and useful tips to help you become the best leader you can be. I encourage you to keep notes and record your thoughts as you develop your leadership skills that include thinking about where to focus your time and energy as you continually strive to evolve with the ever changing educational landscape<em>.</em></p><p><br></p><p>There is no 'perfect' way to lead. There are many different types of leaders each with attributes that appeal to some and not others. Multiple contexts are at play each one requiring different leadership actions.  </p>
