<p>Wikipedia states that “Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill regarding the ability of an individual or organization to “lead” or guide other individuals teams or entire organizations...”</p><p>As leaders we are exposed to leadership principles in an academic setting; but great leadership skills are only achieved by a commitment to hard work learning from mistakes staying grounded perseverance and time.</p><p>Successful leadership skills come from the fundamental principles of keeping things simple understandable breaking down concepts into manageable and meaningful components. This writing is focused on breaking down the word “Leadership” by the Letters and highlighting major themes traits concepts skills and approaches that can provide a framework and a road map to a long-term sustainable and successful leadership style.</p>
