Leadership Development and Practice

Organisational success in today’s world depends largely on leadership. Even the Church needs efficient leaders. It is undisputedly true that there is a leadership crisis in the Church today. It may be because of the leaders themselves, the life or organisation of the Church or the particular leadership models, methods, style and strategies employed. Whatever the reasons may be, the Church worldwide-- particularly in India-is on the quest for revitalised and re-emphasised leadership. This book, which is an expanded and revised version of the author’s book in Malayalam titled, Leadership Models (Nethrutha Mathruka),focuses on what the Bible says about leadership and delegation and gives valuable insights into leadership development in the Church.
