Organizational performance at work is a subject of concern to managers of companies and educational establishments all over the world and in Cameroon in particular. This book based on leadership styles provides new guidelines for managers to better direct coordinate and motivate staff to become more involved at work and achieve the desired objectives. The leading theories namely transformational and transactional leadership are proposed as a guarantee of organizational performance at work. They have been tested by other authors such as Pradeep and Prabhu (2011); Mutera (2012) and by us in public and private schools in Cameroon with very interesting results. So leaders should dwell on these two leadership styles.
