Leading 21st Century Non-Profit Boards

Leading a non-profit board-- of trustees or directors-of governmental officials-- has always been a unique challenge. There is no financial bottom line of profit to serve as a milepost. This book will serve as a reference for the experienced Board leader and advisor and as a general guide for the new Board leader or member or professional dealing with a Board. It grows out of a half century or so of service on non-profit boards and serving as a legal and general advisor to many profit non-profit and governmental Boards and their leaders.
