Learning and teaching - education and training

For the implementation of a knowledge society with the help of a lifelong learning the efforts of the European Union require for teachers in the course of their professional career a position determination in the personal two educational forms of education/ basic knowledge and further education/ professional knowledge. If one assumes a future-capable education the shaping of the future in its elements of future life shaping crisis situations a consumer society future-capable politics and culture politics of the civil society and the learning society are at disposal. The study is based on personal reflection further education and teaching. Perspectives of a general didactics complement the considerations.
