About The Book

Organizational Behavior and the Economic Theories of my opinion
The study of organizational behavior and its impact on consumer and student choice represents a multidisciplinary intersection of psychology economics and management science. My view contributed to this field by examining how internal organizational dynamics—specifically employee behavior and productivity—ripple outward to affect external market decisions. My work often explores the time factor as a critical variable in shifting consumer preferences and the strategic positioning of institutions such as universities to attract specific demographics.

In summary my theories bridge the gap between internal management and external market economics. By focusing on how employee behavior influences the time factor he provides a model for understanding why consumers and students might deviate from their initial preferences in favor of options that offer better temporal and organizational alignment.
