My view contributed to this field by examining how internal organizational dynamics—specifically employee behavior and productivity—ripple outward to affect external market decisions. My work often explores the time factor as a critical variable in shifting consumer preferences and the strategic positioning of institutions such as universities to attract specific demographics.</p><p>In summary my theories bridge the gap between internal management and external market economics. By focusing on how employee behavior influences the time factor he provides a model for understanding why consumers and students might deviate from their initial preferences in favor of options that offer better temporal and organizational alignment.</p>
