LEARNING TO CHANGE AND CHANGING TO LEARN: MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE STUDIES

The main building blocks of change in English language education are: curricula methodology textbooks materials and examination and success in managing change in these areas would produce observable changes in learning and teaching. Moreover in order to manage change we need to replace top-down approach which failed to achieve sustainable development with a bottom-up approach.
