At a time when the war against plastic is going global. Morocco during the COP 21 in Paris sounded the alarm causing public awareness of the need to protect the environment and should have been a model in the fight against plastic that pollutes landscapes and oceans. In this context before the organization of the COP22 in Marrakech Morocco banned the manufacture sale and use of plastic bags July 1 2016 to resist against this scourge that pollutes our environment.
