Legal Mechanisms for Enforcing Electronic Transactions in Rwanda

This research examines the enforcement of electronic transactions in compliance with the laws and treaties of many nations regions and continents as it constitutes a double comparison between describing and analysing the enforcement of electronic transaction elements in accordance with the legal framework and taking into account regulatory and decision-making bodies by referring to case law and legal doctrine. It speaks and proposes to scholars of commercial law government legislators investors business owners company owners and consumers who often engage in electronic transactions on a large-scale (multi-jurisdictional transactions international or cross-border transactions) or small-scale (domestic transactions or national transactions) ways to address defined shortcomings. It proposes strengthening legislations relating to electronic transactions and all other relevant legislations to address loopholes in enforcing electronic transactions.
