Legal protection of waters in Kyrgyzstan

The monograph considers topical issues of legal protection of waters in Kyrgyzstan content of norms of the Water Code of the Kyrgyz Republic as well as other normative legal acts as a part of environmental legislation as a whole. The work analyzes legal acts establishing legal liability for violation of water legislation effectiveness of legal liability in taking measures on protection of waters from negative impact of economic activity.
