Legal Regime of Protection and Use of Flora and Fauna

The monograph is devoted to the study of legal issues in the field of protection and use of animal and plant species in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The history of development of environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection and use of flora and fauna was studied. Comparative legal analysis was carried out with the legislation of the USA Great Britain Canada Germany The Netherlands the Russian Federation the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine in this area on the basis of which the main differences in legislative methods of regulation of relations with objects of animal and plant world were determined.
