Legal Status of Defense Sector Asset Managers

Monograph work based on the analysis of Ukrainian legislation legal doctrine judicial practice defines the essence and reveals the elements of the administrative-legal status of management subjects of state-owned objects in the defense-industrial complex as a functional position of the management bodies of state-owned objects determined by legal instrumental and organizational elements that in an interconnected structure disclose the role impact peculiarities and conditions of activity of such bodies in the field of management of state-owned objects in the defense-industrial complex. As a result of the conducted research grounded in normative legal acts scientific achievements of scholars from different periods the administrative-legal status of management subjects of state-owned objects in the defense-industrial complex has been identified. Considering domestic experience historical and legal principles of organization of management in the military-industrial complex of Ukraine have been distinguished and directions for improvement and ways to enhance the efficiency of functioning of management subjects of state-owned objects in the defense-industrial complex.
