A young R&AW case officer spots a curious piece of intelligence while filing away unimportant cables . It leads him to believe that a Pakistani spy is be supplying nuclear weapons secrets to the ISI. But his inexperience rumours of alcoholism and shaky evidence conspire against him. His section chief remains unswayed. Ignoring the section chief's instructions he enlists the aid of his former mentor.
