Let you go

<p>Sometimes someone unexpectedly enters our life and seems destined to stay. <br />We feel them close a part of us. But then without explanation the distance grows until they disappear. We don’t understand we don’t accept it. But perhaps letting go means accepting that some people touch our lives without ever truly belonging to us.</p><p><em>That night when I lost you</em><br /><em>I realized how many forms</em><br /><em>pain can take</em><br /><em>how you can die inside</em><br /><em>while still breathing.</em><br /><em>It is the impossibility of having</em><br /><em>what makes you feel alive</em><br /><em>that breaks you piece by piece.</em><br /><em>But living means healing</em><br /><em>and healing means living again.</em></p>
